Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SŌMAVEL website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases through our Site. By making a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full amount.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your cork roller, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SŌMAVEL and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SŌMAVEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
